Thank you so much for fixing my laptop. I realize it had been neglected for many months, but in your good hands, it is better than it has been in years! The mouse-pad now works; I'd had to disable it over a year ago. Most of the bugs that I knew to have been plaguing the system have disappeared, and my initial issue of the computer's power supply konking out at unexpected times has not shown its ugly head again. You took time out of your schedule to help, and that meant a LOT too. Thanks again!!

I just wanted to thank you again for recovering my data on the Raid Drive that failed. It would have been a real loss for me to no longer have those files, and I’ve certainly learned my lesson about making sure I have multiple backups of such important files.

I also wanted to let you know that I was able to use the Mac Disk Utility to reformat the failed LaCie drive, but this time I reformatted it as two independent 3 TB drives. After a week or so, those seem to be working just fine.

Again, thanks for the help, and I’ll be sure to let anyone I know who has a similar situation to reach out to you and Vital Tech for help.
